Any excess from ticket purchase may be used at the kiosk and the value of the voucher can be added to if desired at time of exchange. With free gift card and first class postage to either yourself or the recipient, we can include a hand written message of your choice. In Person. Available at the box office during opening hours, this does not incur a booking fee and is available to those who prefer to pay by cash or wish to use promotional vouchers. For performances where seats are being allocated, your choice of seat is available by booking in person.
By Phone. To either book via our automated system, or speak with a member of staff during opening hours, please call 0871 230 3200. We regret that staff cannot take bookings verbally on this number. These calls cost no more than 10p/minute peak rate from a BT landline, and the booking fee by this method has a minimum charge of £1.00 for one or two tickets, and 50p/ticket after that up to a maximum of £3.50. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. A credit or debit card is required and promotional vouchers cannot be used. Where seats are being allocated for a performance, this system will choose the best ones available on your behalf.
On The Internet. A credit or debit card is required, and vouchers cannot be used on our web service. A charge of 75 pence per ticket booking fee is applied, to a maximum of maximum of £3.75. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. Where seats are being allocated this method allows you to choose where you would like to sit.
