Gift Vouchers for use at any of Scott Cinemas 8 venues are available in person during opening hours, or by calling 01271 342 550 with a credit or debit card to hand.
Available in multiples of £2.50, they can be exchanged for tickets for any performance. Any excess from ticket purchase may be used at the kiosk and the value of the voucher can be added to if desired at time of exchange. With free gift card and first class postage to either yourself or the recipient, we can include a hand written message of your choice. If you require any further information please contact scottcustomerservice@googlemail.com. Sorry, but we cannot process your Gift Voucher orders online, only in person or by phone.
Please note that confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or changed online or by email
Customers may now cancel bookings up to 2 hours before a performance, and may now cancel over the phone as well as in person by calling 0871 230 3200. You will then be transferred to the cinema for which you have booked. Please note that for security and verification purposes all calls may be recorded. Even within the 2 hour period we MAY be able to sell your tickets on for you. Please bring any booking reference number, confirmation printout and payment card with you.
